There is no commission when the participant independently makes a traditional transfer to the bank account indicated by the event organizer. In this case, the participant will receive an email with a PDF ticket when the organizer manually approves the participant's registration.

The most important legal aspects

  1. The ticket sale agreement takes place directly only between the event organizer and the user purchasing the ticket (registering for the event).
  2. The user pays for the ticket directly to the event organizer to the bank account indicated by him or using the selected online payment method to his technical account in the Stripe system (from where it is possible to withdraw funds to his bank account).
  3. The Event on Click platform (and its legal owner) is not a party to the ticket sale agreement, is not a payment intermediary and is not an organizer or co-organizer of events.
  4. The event organizer, who is a party to the ticket sale agreement and the direct recipient of the payment, is responsible for issuing an invoice to the user (event participant).
