Integrations and applications

This page contains information about the integrations and applications used in Event on Click.

Integrations (API)

The Event on Click platform uses external services to automate various processes, both at the level of the event organizer (ticket seller) and event participant (ticket buyer) interface.

Online Payments (Stripe)

Stripe.com is an online payment service that provides ticket buyers with a variety of instant and deferred payment methods ("buy now, pay later"). Payment methods are dynamically adjusted to the user's location. After making an online payment, the participant receives an email with a PDF ticket.

Downloading company data (Central Statistical Office - REGON)

The Central Statistical Office provides access to REGON registered data. During event registration, after entering the NIP in the "invoice data" form, the buyer can download the entity's data from the REGON database to automatically paste them into the appropriate form fields. This applies only to events where the sales currency is PLN.

Generating and sending invoices (infakt.pl and wfirma.pl)

Both services (infakt.pl and wfirma.pl) allow for automatic generation and sending of an invoice to the email address provided in the ticket purchase form (event registration). Shortly after paying for the ticket online (and in the case of a traditional transfer - after manual approval of the ticket by the event organizer), the customer receives an email with an invoice in a PDF file.

Applications

The Event on Click platform has its own internal and/or independent applications to support various functionalities.

Event Widget

The event widget allows you to embed a ticket purchase form (event registration) on any external domain that supports third-party cookies, where you want to direct your audience's traffic. What's more, you can build your own affiliate network using the widget. In the ticket details, you will see the exact address of the widget embedding, through which the participant registered / purchased the ticket, which can be the basis for settling accounts with your partners.

Certificate database

The certificate database is a module with an independent database where you can verify the authenticity of a certificate issued to an event participant (e.g. workshop, training) using the Event on Click platform. Each certificate has its own unique number and access key. The certificate database contains information about certificates issued since 2019 and no personal data is processed there.

QR Code Scanner App

The QR code scanning application is an internal application built into the organizer's panel, so you don't need to install any additional external application to scan QR codes on tickets. The application is activated in the browser of your mobile device using the camera. Just log in to your organizer's panel on your phone and go to the "Scan tickets" tab.
