Date booking system with online ticket sales
The user selects the day and time in the calendar. After booking the date, the user has 10 minutes to pay for the ticket online. If payment is not made within this time, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
As an event organizer, you designate available days and times in the calendar. You define the length of the slot, i.e. the duration of the deadline. All paid reservations are located in a dedicated Google calendar.
As part of the active event plan, you can:
- create an unlimited number of events with the booking system,
- accept an unlimited number of reservations.
Digital accessibility: The entire appointment booking system is digitally accessible in accordance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

1. Customize your booking calendar
By default, you can select today's or future date in the calendar. You cannot select a past date. You can further restrict dates and times with various settings:
- You will define the latest available date (effect: available dates fixed) or the number of available days from the current day (effect: e.g. the next 20 days will be available in the calendar each day).
- You can additionally turn off individual days of the week.
- You will designate the available booking hours: starting time and ending time.
- You will define the duration of the slot, i.e. how long the period should last, e.g. 1 hour or 2.5 hours, etc.

2. Synchronization with Google calendar
All paid reservations are automatically added to your Google calendar.
Each event has its own dedicated Google calendar.
From your Google calendar you can:
- block individual dates or the entire day,
- release a previously booked date, e.g. in the event of a customer's resignation or the need to change the date.
After making changes to the Google calendar, synchronization is necessary, which is done using a special function in the event edition.

3. Price adjustment rules
Standard:
- in the simple event edition, you specify the regular price and, optionally, the promotional price valid on the specified date,
- in the event edition with ticket variants, each ticket variant must have a specific regular price and, optionally, a promotional price valid on the indicated date.
You can modify the standard defined prices using the price adjustment rules you set. You can add multiple rules, e.g.
- evening reservations are 30 € more expensive,
- reservations on Saturdays and Sundays are 20% more expensive,
- reservations on Mondays are 15 € cheaper,
- reservations on Tuesday mornings are 25 € cheaper.

4. After paying for the reservation
User
After paying for the reservation online, for which the user has 10 minutes, a ticket is generated containing the date previously selected by him in the calendar.

The e-mail message with the ticket is sent together with an ICS file, which is interpreted differently by e-mail systems.
The ICS file contains information about the event location and the event start and end date.
Example for Gmail (Google): If a user adds this event to their personal calendar, they will receive an additional reminder from Google. This will be an email reminder or push message (depending on the user's device and application settings).

Event organizer
You will see the new event in the Google Calendar along with the paid ticket number and the name of the person provided in the registration form.
If a customer resigns or needs to change the date, perform the appropriate action in the Google calendar and then synchronize the event in the event edition (in the Event on Click organizer panel).

Online meeting - Google Meet
You can easily organize an online meeting using Google Meet. The condition is that the calendar has been made available to you in advance to your Gmail or email address hosted in Google Workspace.
Editing an event in Google Calendar allows you to:
- Adding a video call to Google Meet.
- Sending an invitation to a video call by entering the participant's email address. You can invite multiple people by entering their email addresses in the Google Calendar event edit.
Google Meet is free for regular Google accounts, but there may be limits to the maximum continuous duration of a single Google Meet meeting.
Current limits on Google Meet for free use:
- individual meeting lasting up to 24 hours (maximum 2 people: you and one invited person),
- a meeting with at least 3 participants lasting up to 60 minutes (after 50 minutes, everyone will receive a signal and notification that the meeting is about to end).

List of all reservations
A list of all paid reservations is available in two places:
- In Google Calendar, which can be shared with you if you have a Gmail address or an email address supported by Google Workspace.
- In the event editing page: in the "Participants" tab, where you can download all data to an Excel file.
View the "Participants" tab in the event editing screen, where a list of all paid reservations is available.

5. Activation of the reservation system
The reservation system is activated each time at the level of a specific event. Write us an e-mail at e-mail: my@eventon.click with the name of your event and we will quickly prepare a booking system for you. You will receive feedback from us by e-mail.
To activate the reservation system you need:
- Active organizer package. Page opens in a new window
- Launch online payments. Page opens in a new window, because the user will have 10 minutes to pay for their reservation.
- Create a simple event or an event with ticket variants.
Sharing your Google calendar
It is recommended that you have a Gmail address or one hosted on Google Workspace to share your Google Calendar with you. Access to the Google calendar will allow you to make changes described in point 2 "Synchronization with Google calendar".
It's not mandatory to have a Gmail or Google Workspace address if you don't intend to make changes from Google Calendar.
6. Do I have to refund the money if I cancel my paid reservation date?
There is no clear answer to this question, as it is necessary to consider the seller, the buyer, and the nature of the service to be provided at the time chosen by the consumer. Each situation requires a separate, thorough analysis.
Check these facts in the context of the law in your country.
When purchasing a ticket, a sales contract is concluded between the buyer and the seller, i.e., the event organizer.
Even if the law in your country does not provide for the possibility of withdrawal by the ticket buyer, as an event organizer you may (but are not required to) refund the price of an unused ticket. As a seller, you may assume a broader scope of liability than the law provides.
